
The Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Ghana Boxing Authority is inviting all professional boxers who have not registered for the health screening to do so by Friday, May 29.
According to Mr. Gideon Oyiadzo, aka Jingles, Coordinator of the IMC, this is the final phase and an opportunity for boxers who have not registered.
In a letter issued and signed by Mr. Samir Captan, Chairman of the IMC, he said registration at Jamestown Police Station, which commenced on Monday, 25th May 2026, is still ongoing despite interruptions caused by heavy rains.
To ensure full participation, the Planning Committee has extended the deadline. All boxers are required to complete their registration by Thursday, 28th May 2026. The registration team is available at Jamestown Police Station at 8:00 AM each day.

- Processing Point: James Town Police Station
- Medical Screening Venue: La Paz Community Hospital
- Logistics: Buses will be provided for the comfort of boxers. All medical tests will be fully sponsored.
