As the whole nation celebrates the victory of the national team, the Black Stars, the Wendy Montessori school has joined and extended its congratulations and well wishes to the Black Stars in faraway USA.
Headmistress of the school, Madam Wendy Sampah, says they are very happy and wish the team all the best so that they can go and bring the cup.
“I know the team is capable because the players are good and the coach is an expert. The whole nation, including my school, is behind the team, Go Ghana,” she said.
Ms. Wendy Sampah is an educationist, journalist, and sports fan. She loves the Black Stars and never misses matches at the Accra Sports Stadium.
In another development, friends and fans of the Black Stars in Mamprobi, Korle Gonno, and Chorkor are wishing the Black Stars victory. They said that with the presence of Benjamin Asare, Stephen Appiah, and Asamoah Gyam, the motivation will be high and Ghana will beat any opposition.
