Bishop Boxing Promotions is coming out with its third show as it celebrates one year in Ghana, and it promises to be interesting from the look of the pairings on the bill slated for August 29 at the TSE Annan Memorial Centre at La in Accra.
The boxers who will climb into the ring on Saturday are all hungry for honours. No one is a pushover, and they are ready to rumble to attract more fans and exposure. All the pairings are tough and rivalrous.
The fight between Wasiru Mohammed aka ‘Gyata Bi’ of Fit Square and Charles Tetteh of Panix Gym is going to be hot because the two amazing pugilists can punch hard with power.
George Faho Mensah from the stable of SP Sports versus Ghana Prisons Officer Jessie Lartey, a former Commonwealth Games medalist, will also be explosive as both boxers want to prove that they are the men to watch.
Kofi Dana will square off against Musah Lawson, also of Ghana Prisons, in a Welterweight bout. At the same time, Emmanuel Mawuli clashes with Moses Adjei Selvi of Akotoku Boxing Gym in the co-main event.
National Super Lightweight Champion Africanus Neequaye will test Ghana-based Nigerian Sunday Adeleye, while experienced Ezekiel Annan takes on Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games medalist, Abraham Mensah. Daniel Quaye of the Bronx Boxing Club will also be on stage to face Ernest Ampah.
Bishop Boxing Promotions will once again put up an exciting programme in terms of setup and action in the ring.
The weigh-in and press conference will take place on Friday at the TSE Annan Memorial Centre. The Best of Bukom 3 Showdown is on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
