
Amazing international matchmaker and boxers’ manager, Mubarak Yusif Nanor, has fulfilled his promise of educational scholarship presentation to 10 Boxers into the Prince De-Henry Educational Complex at Lartebiokorshie in Accra, as part of his birthday celebrations and contributions to impact other lives.
In an exclusive interview, he said everyone needs support, and he is performing the gesture to support the needy and give hope to those who do not have.
The special presentation ceremony attracted a crowd at the school’s premises, including Mr. Sharaf Mahama, son of President Mahama, who said there is life after sports or boxing, and the role of Legacy Rise Sports Promotions will be of no use if it does not impact the lives of the athletes.
Also present was Hon. Alfred Kotey Ashie, MP for Odododiodoo, the constituency that produces the best boxers. He also advised boxers to show respect among themselves and stop insulting each other when marketing themselves or selling their bouts.
He warned them about the precious future and urged them to invest in a better future.
Mr. Achiebald Martei Armah, CEO /Proprietor of Prince de Henry Educational Complex, who was happy for the new pupils, said education is the key to a successful future, and he commended the gesture, asking for more support to sustain and even increase the number of recipients in the coming year.
The birthday boy, Mubarak Yusif Nano,r said it was a day of gratitude, as he foresees a bright future of Hope.
“Today was not just another event. It was a reminder that when a community comes together, lives are transformed,” he expressed.
He noted that the MYN Scholarship Educational Project was built on one belief — that every young person deserves a chance to dream, to learn, and to succeed. And because of your presence, your support, and your encouragement, that belief became reality.
“From the smiles on the faces of the beneficiaries, to the proud moments as certificates and school materials were presented, the atmosphere was filled with hope. It wasn’t just about backpacks and scholarships — it was about opportunity. It was about telling these young students, “You matter. Your future matters,” he added.
He thanked every supporter, partner, volunteer, andguests who showed up and contributed to making the MYN Scholarship Initiative a success. “The journey continues,” he stated.
