This year’s Independence Day Run has been fixed for March 7 in Accra.
The event, which is organized by the Millennium Marathon Sports Company, will start at 6:30 am and end at the University of Ghana, Legon Sports Stadium.
Long-distance race fans and participants can register now by dialing *800*17# or by contacting the website: www.millenniummarathon.com.
According to Mr. Ernest Buamah, who is in charge of publicity and communications of the event, attractive prizes would be awarded to winners and outstanding performers, while medals would be presented to participants.
