The Engineers and Planners Corporate Ltd, under the able leadership of Mr. Ibrahim Mahama, a Distinguished Philanthropist and generous person of embodiment, on Wednesday, 24th December 2025, donated some items to the Disabled Christian Fellowship International, the Accra Rehabilitation Centre, and other Persons with Disabilities.
The items include 100 bags of Rice, 20 cartons of Exter Conbeef, 20 cartons of Mackerel and 20 cartons of Cooking oil. Receiving the prestigious items on behalf of the group, the Executive Director of the Disabled Christian Fellowship International, and immediate past President of the Amputee Football Federation of Africa (AFFA), Mr. Francis Adjetey Sowah, expressed profound gratitude to the company, Mr. Ibrahim Mahama, whose generosity is beyond measure.
He added that for him to remember persons with disabilities at the crucial period of joy and merriment is commendable and should be emulated, more so because of their vulnerability.
Mr. Francis Adjetey Sowah stated that some of them hardly gets these essential commodities to enjoy at the merry-making moments of celebrations.
“For him giving us this impetus and tenacity of hope and sense of inclusivity is something that will be written on the tablets of their heart, and it is a remnant honour and a privilege to be recognised,” he expressed.
The presentation was done on behalf of Engineers and Planners, by Mr. Rafiq Mahama, junior brother of the Company of Engineers and Planners, who was delighted and enthusiastic at the timing and promised that the Company is strategically planning some phenomenal capacity building and innovative initiatives for the Disabled fraternity soon.
Present at the ceremony were Mr. Seth Dzidzornu, Centre Manager of the Accra Rehabilitation Centre, his management staff, Mr. Elvis Alipui, Mr. James Borteye, of the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled, and other members of the Disabled fraternity.
