Captain Smart Leads Historic Groundbreaking for First DVLA Office in Gomoa Enclave
Media personality Blessed Godsbrain Smart, popularly known as Captain Smart, has led the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the first Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) office in the Gomoa enclave, a landmark project expected to improve access to essential public services for thousands of residents.
