MobileMoney Fintech Limited (MMFL) is one of the companies that took part in the 2026 JoySports Invitational Tournament, which took place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium at Legon on Saturday, August 29.
Several companies participated in various disciplines including swimming, table tennis, football, playing cards, ludo, draughts, ceo and ladies penalty shootouts, sack race, tug of war, and others.
Mrs. Gifa Roman Mensah, Head of Human Resources of MMFL, who spoke to the media, said participating in such tournaments helps them come closer to clients and customers.
She expressed that MMFL will compete fairly and win in the disciplines where they have an advantage.
The 2026 JoySports Invitational Tournament is an annual recreational programme to unite corporate Ghana, providing a platform for colleagues from different organisations to interact, build camaraderie and promote healthy lifestyles through sports.
The corporate sporting fiesta brings together companies, institutions, corporate executives, employees, and sports enthusiasts for a mix of competitive and recreational activities, as MP for Ayawaso West Wuogon, John Dumelo, featured in this year’s event.
At the time of going to press, Piwak Natural Health has won the 2026 JoySports Invitational football tournament after beating McDan 2-0 in the final.
