..Promises To Organise Frequent Seminars
Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) Presidential hopeful, Ivan Bruce-Cudjoe, has commended Wisdom Boxing Gym for spearheading the recent workshop on nutrition and physiotherapy for coaches and other stakeholders last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
According to Mr. Ivan Bruce-Cudjoe, one of his main agendas is to organise frequent courses for all stakeholders, including media, promoters, and managers in specific areas such as marketing, event management, and event planning (because boxing is always a big event), as well as first aid and other important workshops for trainers, cut men, and seconds.
He expressed that learning is an ongoing and gradual process, so it would be done for everyone in Ghana Boxing to benefit.
He was also happy that coaches from other regions, including Togo, were represented.
Ivan, who initially loved and performed Karate Do before finding love in Boxing, said new things are happening every day, and it is ideal that people in the boxing business also keep learning and knowing new trends in the game.
Also present at the seminar was Rabbon Dodoo, who met the participants one-on-one and commended them for attending the workshop to broaden their horizons.
He was accompanied by Alhaji Zaid, who is running for the position of Second Vice President.
Meanwhile, the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Ghana Boxing Authority has not fixed a date for the Elections after coming out to inform on the vetting of candidates.
In another development, Mr. Ellis Quaye, who is standing for Second Vice President, has also appreciated the workshop organised by Boxing Is Love and Wisdom Boxing Gym.
