Mr. Alex Ntiamoah Boakye, CEO of Box Office Promotions, has disclosed that the rematch between Seth Gyimah, aka Freezy Macbones, and Jonathan Tetteh, aka Worldwid, will take place in August in Kumasi, popularly called the Garden City, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Speaking at the press launch of The Resurrection Fight Night, which features the two popular boxers against different opponents, he urged them to win to qualify them for the much-anticipated rematch.
Alex Ntiamoah Boakye supported the idea that Gyimah must fight in front of Kumasi fans, just as Tetteh fought before his people in Accra.
According to him, a new chapter has been opened in Ghanaian boxing to make it more lucrative, attractive, and create opportunities for everyone involved.
