The CEO of Legacy Rise Sports, Sharaf Mahama, over the weekend, brought together Christians, Muslims, and traditionalists from Ghana’s sports ecosystem to converge at the headquarters of Legacy Rise in Accra.
Prayers were offered amid open discussions related to Ghana’s historic fifth FIFA World Cup qualification.
Minister for Sports & Recreation Hon Kofi Iddi Adams was accompanied by the Director General of the National Sports Authority, Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, and Mr Richard Nunekpeku, the Deputy CEO of Goldbod, as well as the Deputy Lands and Natural Resources Minister Hon Sulemana Yussif.
Also in attendance was Hon Adam Galus, the MD of Ghana Water Company,y with Hon Baba Sadiq, Ghana High Commissioner to Nigeria, also gracing the occasion.
